Welcome to my LinkedIN! I am currently a student under UCSI University's Bachelors (Hons) in Mass Communication with an interest for journalism. I also teach Model UN on a part-time basis.I have also committed myself to Malaysia's Model UN scene from 2018 and counting. MUN has given me many soft skills that has helped me in both my professional and personal life. This includes, but is not limited to; conflict mediation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, persuasive skills, collaborative skills, and so on. I have also been a professional MUN club coach since 2021 on a part time basis, which gave me an expertise with conveying information to youths from ages 10 to 17. My commitment to MUN led to the creation of the UNofficial Group, alongside my co-founder, Angus Chieng, was made on the basis of keeping MUN active during the pandemic while also making it more accessible to many youths during a time when any remotely political activity was deemed unsavoury (this was the height of Undi18's popularity). All these experiences also gave me the necessary skills to kickstart the revival of HELP's Model UN Club in 2021.Today, I have combined my degree together with my MUN hobby by helping to polish the International Press Corps councils. This helps me give accurate journalistic knowledge to the MUN scene in order to correctly and accurately portray the role of a journalist for the conference participants. This includes introducing proper press conference methods and an attempted introduction of broadcast journalism rather than just article writing.Thank you for visiting my profile.
