Son parcours débute en 2010 chez Alliance Vivafilm. Pendant sept ans, elle y gravit les échelons, tout en participant au lancement de succès populaires, tels que la saga Hunger Games, Mommy et La guerre des tuques 3D. De 2017 à 2020, Stéphanie dirige Fragments Distribution, boîte fondée par François Delisle, avec l’ambition de repenser le modèle de la distribution dans un marché en mutation.En 2020, Stéphanie rejoint Jean-Christophe J. Lamontagne pour ouvrir la branche de distribution de longs métrages au sein de h264, avec pour objectif de proposer un modèle intégré couvrant les courts métrages, les longs métrages, les sorties en salles, la distribution numérique et les ventes internationales. Aujourd’hui, en tant que coprésidente de h264, elle continue de se consacrer à la promotion de films ambitieux et singuliers, en les accompagnant dans leur parcours national et international, comme en témoigne le succès de Vampire humaniste cherche suicidaire consentant.Parallèlement à son travail chez h264, Stéphanie est engagée dans la promotion du cinéma au Québec.
