As a Project Manager, I took over the client and delivery management of a Puerto Rican Broker Company's (Cuvro) , while on the Hamilton project I'm still acting as a Senior Business Analyst supporting the discovery and implementation of the Professional Liability product.Key responsibilities:- Defining the project vision and roadmap- Building and managing client relationships.- Acting as the main point of contact for business stakeholders.- Identifying and analysing requirements and proposing viable solutions.- Facilitating clear communication within the project team ensuring members are align with the project objectives.- Supporting the delivery team during design and estimation.- Providing regular project status updates to delivery managers.

As a Senior Business Analyst I took on the duties of the Scrum Master during the phase 2 of the project coordinating the core development team of 9 FTE-s. (industrial, retail, institues). I've gained valuable experience working in multi-country account management, working in an international team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.I've developed in-depth knowledge on various energy markets such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
