Executive Coach
Current• Provide coaching services to the Client or Clients(s), which could include, depending on the Client and Contractor’s judgment, coaching services relating to career navigation, skill development, personal development, and goal setting. Services may also include specialized coaching services, including but not limited to, best practices for sleep, nutrition, communication and sales;• Provide coaching-related services to the Client, which could include, depending on the Client and subject to Contractor’s judgment, assessments, 360 feedback, three way manager-Client conversations, etc.;• Interact and engage in direct and personal conversations with the Client via the suite of services provided by BetterUp, including video-chat, voice-chat, virtual messaging via BetterUp platform and a personalized development plan;• Communicate to the Client that successful coaching requires a proactive collaborative approach between the Client and Contractor, and that in the relationship, Contractor plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the Client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change;• Research materials that might be useful for the Client at Contractor’s discretion;• Add applicable materials and assignments to the Client’s personalized development plan within 48 hours of the start of all completed sessions;• Document interactions with Clients and update the appropriate internal records;• Communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with the Client’s other coach(s) as appropriate, subject to the discretion of Contractor;
