● Build, install & configure network devices (switches, routers & servers) for corporate customer’s new network environment.● Perform device upgrades & patch implementations for improved security● Perform troubleshooting for networking equipment and identify solutions to ensure long term efficiency● Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices● Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work● Write processes for upgrading & configuring new devices and update old processes as needed

Manage the Refurb team; divide the team’s work according to strengths & workflow; coordinate workflow of outgoing device orders, test orders & repair orders; Manage all picking queues; troubleshoot AX Hung Journal Report and solve any issues; Close out test & repair orders from the lab; identify equipment and required components for refurbishment
