+15 years experience in the Eletronic Manufacturing Industries.Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Founder and CEO of Engelet Eletrônica, Engineering Consultant and Trainning Instructor.I have been working in the areas of Process Engineering, Quality and Projects since 2008, implementing new projects, processes and training technicians, engineers and interns, always guided by personal and technical KPI's.I am a specialist in electronics manufacturing processes (assembly of printed circuit boards - solder paste printing, reflow, wave soldering, manual soldering and wet processes as conformal coating, underfill and potting).I am able to work since the project phase (specification of equipments, consumables and tools), until executing the process/product validation pilot batches and follow up during mass production, to ensure quality of the delivered product, and good performance of the production line.I have extensive experience in the use of quality tools (histograms, Pareto charts, 5W2H, SPC, flowcharts, Ishikawa diagrams and etc) for both situations: process and product development and for problem solving in production lines.
