I have been working in collections since a week after turning 18 years old. Beginning at the most basic level, then working and learning more to become an asset for my team and other companies in the debt and accounts receivable business.

My position at Stevie’s Included everything from greeting customers when they came in before taking orders, constant communication with the team in the kitchen as well as behind the counter and on the floor serving tables. Working at a well known but still family owned and operated restaurant frequently demonstrated lessons about not only how to operate a business but as well as a part of a community.

Previous occupations and experiences prepared me for the retail environment. Focusing on customer service at all times while also developing sales skills. Incorporating product knowledge with communication expertise along with learning how to keep track of inventory, team schedules, store goals, etc.

I was an overall help to the whole store, from store & lot maintenance, to customer service.
