►Recruited to lead all aspects of Treasury Management services for clients across all segments with $100M to $2B in revenue within the Pacific territory. ►Managed a team of 3 managers and 25 treasury sales experts, ensuring profitable and sustained growth of the commercial client base through new sales, retention of existing clients, review and development of products and services, appropriate pricing of products and services, and effective use and implementation of strategic and tactical planning.►Grew territory revenue to $180M from $60M by implementing advanced sales strategies and expanding sales team size. ►Due to outstanding performance in the California territory, the role was expanded to include oversight of nine states (CA, OR, WA, AK, HI, MT, WY, ID, NV) within the newly established Pacific territory.
