August 2023 I became a Director of HBC 2021 Limited. I bring over a decade of dedicated experience in the realm of senior care. My journey spans through various pivotal roles, including senior positions, deputy management and overseeing operations. Notably, I have played a crucial role in the establishment and management of 7 exquisite private care homes, epitomising luxury and unparalleled comfort which is explained below. The Last couple of years, My journey took an exciting turn as I embraced the joys of motherhood, welcoming a beautiful baby boy & girl into my life.I have since returned with a renewed passion for my role as a Home commissioning Manager at The Bridge Care Home in which I’m also a director of. This chapter allows me to focus on the opportunity to be hands-on and closely connected with both the residents and my team. With a commitment to delivering a superior level of care, I dedicate myself to enriching the lives of the residents, ensuring their fulfillment and providing an exceptional, luxurious experience that remains unmatched.I am also about to embark on some new build projects which I will be involved in the commissioning process. Lots of exciting things coming up! I joined Berkley Care Group back in 2012, working in different roles from administrator, carer, senior carer and deputy manager.I joined the senior management team at the end of 2015 supporting the commissioning process across 7 homes and supporting the managers to achieve their outstanding ratings across the board, whilst also achieving a number of qualifications within care and management.My achievements include Business Administration, NVQ level 3 and 3 & 5 in Health and Social Care, level 3 assessor/trainer, level 3 in End of Life Care as well an equivalent to first year Master’s Degree in Strategic Senior Management."One of the big blessings about working in care is making a difference to the lives of people we work with, giving them a reason to wake up in the morning and empowering our staff to be able to deliver the very best care for our residents.
