My duties included but were not limited to:- Data entry specifically in creation of student files, data verification and validation as well as enrolling of students, setting up students at the start of each intake and semesters including unit allocation, due dates and trainer allocation- Managing, writing and editing of company policies and procedures- Monthly compliance checking and reporting including completions, completion %, intake breakdowns and student numbers internally, to external stakeholders and to governing bodies as required- Sending official communications to students relating to their enrolment, fees and course progress- Administering and issuing qualifications to students, ensuring we meet compliance regulations- Coordination of student deferrals and extensions and assisting in the welfare of students- Contacting students to discuss their progress, booking appointments with their educators and offering additional support where required in order to increase student engagement
