- Map Scalability team lead, working under Calibration and Mapping group- Chartered the team vision and goals, work with stake holders for quarterly roadmap, technical milestones, and help define product portfolio- Grew a diverse team of Research Scientists, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and Test Engineers- Initiated team wide technology development and demonstrated a clear step improvement towards fully automated mapping pipeline

- Basemap Algorithms team lead working under Core AV group- Headed up new basemap project by working with cross functional teams that improves basemap creation pipeline by two orders of magnitude- Company level engineering lead on integration across different technology stacks and help established unified software architecture for mapping and localization- Software release manager ensuring cross team collaboration for AV stack deployment- Oversaw third party sensor evaluation team to provide technical guidance and present data analysis- Software Architecture Group team member and in charge of engineering team wide adoption of interface description language as the standardized AV communication protocol

- Recruited by nuTonomy's founder to form the mapping and localization team- Aggressively pursued next generation autonomous driving software stack that focused on high performance, reliable positioning system for autonomous vehicle- Acted as the liaison between Perception and Planning teams, centered around the Map API development- Ensured integral pieces functioning well together as a fully engineered system, from hardware, middleware and to the overall AV stack- In charge of vehicle operation that showcase capability of driverless vehicle across different cities- Oversaw the preparation and execution of investor demos that were critical for the fund raising of the Seed and Series A funding rounds

- Overall lead for autonomous vehicles public trial at Chinese and Japanese Gardens under the Smart and Connected Jurong Lake District Pilots and Trials Initiative- In charged of making sure overall autonomous system readiness to perform demo- Participate in conferences with papers and workshops contributions.

- Joined as part of industrial attachment exercise for undergraduate experience- Involved in hands-on reconditioning on pick and place semiconductor equipment- Kick started new digital inventory system that ensured availability of different electronic and mechanical components at all time
