Responsibilities included developing hiring and training guidelines, processes, and timelines for the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit. Heavy emphasis was placed on integrating multi-cultural awareness in developing the steps for hiring people into these newly created, entry-level positions.
