In 1999 he became the Founder and CEO of (mt) Media Temple, a cloud hosting service for creative professionals, until it was recently acquired by GoDaddy the world's largest web hosting company.Demian has helped thousands of people, brands, and enterprises including Starbucks, Sony, Nike, Adobe, and Techcrunch succeed with the Internet and related open-source technology. He has experience creating and managing large web and cloud infrastructure systems and has been responsible for serving mission-critical services to hundreds of millions of people.Demian has been fortunate to have worked with a team that has earned a variety of past awards including being the Best Place to Work in Los Angeles, Fastest Growing Company Inc 5000 winner, and Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year nominee.Demian is the founder of (mt) Ventures, an early stage incubator division which produced an entire portfolio that was profitable or acquired.In earlier years Demian joined the legendary Stan Winston as the studio's first CTO and helped usher the company into an emerging digital era. Sellfors was credited for his work on a variety movies and supported the creative and business efforts of numerous other films and commercials. With a team of brilliant people Demian designed and maintained the overall IT system supporting the practical effects in "Jurassic Park - The Lost World"​ and "Michael Jackson's - Ghosts". Demian has also worked with other legendary creative figures including Crash McCreery, James Cameron, and Michael Jackson.Demian grew up on an Amiga 1000 and began his professional career in Los Angeles as a graphic designer in 1991.
