Educational Success Team Manager
Current-Organize and schedule client appointments -Plan and attend internal meeting-Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and any other necessary communications for team effectiveness-Create and maintain Client Folders and Other Important Client Documents-Maintain updated documentation of department processes and procedures-Make purchases based on departmental needs with respect to an allotted budget-Maintain familiarity with client contacts by tracking client engagement in Salesforce and assisting the -project managers when required-Coordinate Team Event Planning including travel, budgeting, and making reservations or arrangements for Team Events-Create and analyze Salesforce reports and provide support to project managers as necessary-Handle entire Pre-Kick-Off process including: tenant, administrative account, and Roster Server creation-Provide general support to clients and project managers in the Pre-Kick Off, Expansion, or Transitioning phases of the project-Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers-Offer project based support to additional teams within Client Services
