Upholding integrity and not limiting my abilities is the life principle I always apply to myself. Studying and working in nutrition, diet and exercise, teaching, and business made me understand more about the values held so far. Various experiences to share goodness in favor of society is the main goal that I have. Much struggling and living in the community makes it easier for me to understand what is happening.
