Provides guidance for internal stakeholders for both Google and YouTube’s global marketing, press and business strategy teams on matters pertaining to best practices regarding DEI content. Design partner programs, consumer and creator experiences that promote growth around the Black Voices Fund initiative. Collaborates cross functionally to manage multi-million dollar budgets and revenue strategy for various YouTube platform products. Support and oversee the global development and production of YouTube’s original unscripted programming, properties and socially impactful content.

Contributes in creative development of long & short form content for the Coco Butter editorial video team. Works with various departments on executing new series by sourcing talent and formatting incubated ideas. Oversee all aspects of production from pre to post production and final delivery to designated platforms.

Responsible for overseeing and managing the creative development and execution of all digital content under the Relevè banner. This is includes creation of presentation materials for network and talent partners, tracking project status for development and series projects. Which includes providing creative direction, sourcing talent and staffing projects.

Managed the development of original series from pitch to full series execution by providing creative notes and feedback on assigned projects. Responsible for overseeing the pre-production, production, and post production, which consisted of being onset while shows were in production. Help launch new content and channels on Pluto TV. Responsible for managing requests, tracking deliverables and facilitating team workflow operations as it relates to launching new channels, live stream partners and the content review process.
