Create data standards, reports and dashboards to analyze asset information and set accounting lives, budgets, business processes and service standards. Manage the strategic operation of enterprise systems including; the City’s 800 MHz radio system, the maintenance management information system (Maximo), computer hardware/software, and SharePoint usage for the Fleet & Communications division. This includes planning, developing and implementing system enhancements, upgrades or replacements as technology changes or business needs require. Manage and supervise staff within two different labor unions and support our Division in emergency support operations.o Apply industry knowledge and best management practices to asset analysis of approximately 2,000 Fleet and Communications assets, valued at $70Mo Collaborate with customer department managers/Assistant Directors/Directors regarding services provided, and their costs, to provide a value-added product.o Provide leadership, develop data collection standards and perform analytics for the business lines of our division. Collaborate with other administrators to develop key performance indicators to monitor performance. o Direct strategic planning, development and implementation of business system solutions.
