Duties; • International customer and agent visits • Increase sales portfolio • Managing of agents Adikem, Intergoods, Alfar, International chemical Co. etc. • Product costings in relation to incoterm requirement • New Product Launch • Handling claims • Direct export sales • Direct dealings with SI Group affiliates i.e. India, Europe, Asia • Conduct quarterly communications with the defined regional sales counterparts

Encompassed sales representative function with additional focus on the regional management giving monthly and quarterly feedback to management. Increased responsibilities with decision making focus relating to entire market strategy. Regional to now include national sales with increased managerial responsibilities including all key accounts. Similar responsibilities as the sales rep function at PRP Resins working initially from Plascon offices in Alberton then worked out of a home office until the takeover of HA Falchem. Slight change in markets served as Schenectady South Africa was more so involved with wire enamels and insulating varnishes.
