Leading and developing Sber Ecosystem site reliability using SRE, ITIL/ITSM

Member of the Computer Vision Research Center, author & member of NN initiatives and ML development.Extended an AR vision and integration of augmented reality technologies in products.An architect of backend services and the iOS client.SDE&SEM in iOS team.Developed and implemented DevOps methodologies, CI/CD and related processes for the team using GitLab, Docker and GCP.

- Proactive development of regulations, standards and knowledge base of SRE group, which led to improved quality, reliability and responsibility of SRE's.- DevOps culture & processes establishment, development, documentation and implementation.- Initiated a start of an internal IT infrastructure monitoring development from the scratch. Added a vision & methodology. Established an incident & problem management processes inside of SRE and DevOps groups.- Hired the best engineers for DevOps & SRE groups.- Designed & launched more than 4 private clouds for production environments using Red Hat solutions & products, using my expert knowledge of cloud market solutions, which includes SDS knowledge: * Bank IT infrastructure (incl. RBS, CBS, SWIFT requirements and integrations) * New payments processing (Gate 2025) IT infrastructure (2 inter-connected DC) using RHV + RH SS * New acquiring infrastructure (with Visa & Mastercard datacenter equipment integration) * DevOps hyper-converged private cloud using RH HCI. * A BI/DWH project dedicated private cloud. * And 2 more internal clouds on PVE.- As a DevOps expert, worked on: * Performance engineering for mission critical systems, including RDBMS (OLTP mostly). Solved a lot of bottlenecks and design mistakes together with DevOps and SD teams. * Package building & mirrors management to support SCM development. * SCM systems configuration development (Chef, Puppet, Ansible) * CI/CD process development.- Redesigned and redeployed CLS (central log solution, see PCI DSS reqs.) based on ELK stack. Especially Elasticsearch storage (10k events/sec inbound, 500 search rps with SLA < 5 seconds per request, 10 billions documents of 60 TB of space) - to support a correct production work of 5 dependent systems, including payments & merchants payments processing monitoring.

- Developed and implemented CI/CD processes (about 15 main applications/systems of the platform)- Redesigned the infrastructure using OpenVZ containers and Proxmox VE clusters- Increased the platform uptime from 99.7% to 99.98%- Negotiated with hosting services providers, removed the $37 000 debt via negotiations- Fixed a lot of downtime cases together with a brasilian hosting services provider- Supported and automated a mailing platform infrastructure of 200+ servers with Salt Stack- Managed and supported a Madnet RTB and CityAds CPA platform production and testing infrastructures (100+ servers, 300 VMs) at 6 geolocations of presence (RU, NL, US, BR, CN, HK)Used a lot of modern software (about 30 products).
