I manage the accuracy and productivity group of large groups of readers who score state standardized English, Math, and Science tests in a variety of grades K-12. I typically work on the essay component of these state tests, leading a team of 30-60 people through trainings and daily production goals. I am responsible for communicating issues between my team and our project managers, time-keeping, and maintaining efficiency. I read and analyze responses quickly and accurately, sharing daily feedback and updates with my team. I also work with the project manager to help prepare training materials, establish scoring guidelines, and make adjustments as needed. I am flexible with my role and work as a team leader or score as a reader when I am needed.
