Today I work mainly Class 1 & 3 Infrastucture Monitoring trains, between London, Northampton, Cambridge and most of Anglia. In the past, I have worked Class 4 intermodal services here in the East and express mail trains, Travelling Post Offices and chartered passenger trains between Penzance, Exeter, Westbury, Bristol and Reading.I have also had the privilege of driving The Royal Train, receiving praise from the Royal Train Officer for "...driving to an exemplary standard".Whilst working as a Train Driver at Plymouth, I volunteered for the role of Driver In Charge. This involved assisting the managing of the depot by posting rosters and notices and maintaining/supplying stores and Personal Protective Equipment.I also collated data concerning the delivery of wagons to our principle customer, which was then forwarded to the teams responsible for resourcing the trains. This helped highlight occasions where we were failing to fulfill our obligation to the customer.

Organising occasional railtours aimed at the Railway Enthusiast, involving routes and locations not normally visited by passenger train, with profit being donated to selected charity.
