Jira SME / IT specialistAs a Jira SME I participated in the project of setting up a corporate service desk. This involved setting up ITIL-based processes related to incident, request and problem management. The project involved building a customer portal, creating and linking ITSM projects with development projects in the Atlassian's environment. Setting up internal SLAs, custom workflows and fields, automations, permissions schemes, filters, dashboards, reports, ...etc. - Active designing, implementing and maintaining instances of JIRA Service Management within an existing infrastructure of other Atlassian products to deliver service management functions to various internal customers. - Collaborating with business process owners and technical peers to ensure the JIRA Service Management implementation meets functional and performance requirements. - Providing systems and application expertise to resolve operational issues with the managed Atlassian product implementations. - Acting as the focal point of contact for enterprise technical escalation to ensure customer success with Atlassian products. - Creating and maintaining detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal reports and dashboards - Providing recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within Jira - Advising/Proposing custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc. - Using JQL statements & data extraction - Creating documentation to help customers help themselves - Working collaboratively with diverse teams - Building collaboration spaces in Confluence
