My ability to work well with others allows for smooth implementation of functional behavior assessments, positive behavior intervention support and collaborative creative teaching experiences. For example, implementation of interventions has positively impacted present, as well as past clients by keeping them engaged and excited about learning. My strength lies in the ability to recognize and examine the conditions in which deficits occur within the classroom experience, and developing the solution that best matches the student’s learning style while fulfilling the mandated educational requirements and standards.
