I have over 10 years experience in the health and wellness field. I lam passionate about teaching, training and educating people on many things, but especially on staying healthy. My ability to educate others ranges from presentations in all sizes of groups to one on one health coaching.I am known for being an organized and detail oriented person who is determined to not to quit. With my multiple roles in health screenings I am flexible and adaptable to taking on new positions, willing to volunteer for new adventures. Integrity is key as I am wanting to do the right thing so am willing to ask questions.I enjoy helping others reach their health potential with engaging conversations on making positive health changes.When I am not working health and wellness events, I substitute teach for a couple of school districts in the Phoenix area. I also teach Sunday school to elementary age children at my church.
