Bloom creates unique on-site power generation systems that utilize an innovative new fuel cell technology with roots in NASA's Mars program.Responsibilities as the Senior Office Manager include administrative duties such as: managing the company's nation wide security system, managing the front office and its administrators, call screening, corporate travel arrangements, file system development and maintenance, typing, faxing, copying, and mailing. Working on special projects as assigned by management. Ordering refreshments for meetings including picking up and delivering orders. Running errands as needed. Creation, tracking, and processing of expense reports. Exercising complete discretion and confidentiality at all times. Follow through on external and internal calls and emails. Corporate event research, planning, organization, and follow through. Keeping track of office supplies and inventory, ordering items as necessary. Work very closely with facilities to make sure the office runs smooth on a daily basis.The position requires great organization, concentration, patience, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, flexibility to change from task to task, and the ability act as a self starter with little or no supervision.
