Teaching English for Adults, Teens, and Kids for their enhancement in learning and educational progress.

Have been completed this role as per July 6th, 2022. The role on this job includes taking care of and mentoring the students at primary school to junior high school.

Selling HDI ™ Nutritious bee products such as HDI Clover Honey, Bee Propolis, and other HDI ™ natural products.

At Agoda, my job is to make sure our valued customers gain satisfaction from our products and services. If customers experience travel problems and any issuee which are encountered during traveling.My priority is to solve the issues, find alternatives (if necessary), escalate urgent matters and relatable issues to the dedicated teams, assist and proceed with customers' requests. The most important thing of what I have always done is to help other people wholeheartedly.

I worked on students’ application and documents which should be submitted to their chosen College/University. I am responsible for correspondences with the school’s admission officers in order to know every student’s progress. Furthermore, the next step would be applying for student’s visa and helping the students to have Pre Departure Orientation.

I designed the lesson plans for teaching and taught the preschool students. In addition, I assisted the teacher in consulting the study performances of the children with their parents. Besides teaching and class management skills, I gained minutes recording skill as well during our meeting sessions.

Throughout the six-months internship program, I was administered to work under Operational and Service Development Division to translate banking keywords on User Manual business application. Furthermore, I was assigned to design business presentation and record my voice for its narration. Besides, I tested the features of new business application to find out the bugs or system malfunction on the application as well.
