Through LCC's Co-Op program, I worked under the supervision of the Front Office Manager during the Fall 2012 quarter. Duties included: Filing patient medical records. Faxing, receiving, and requesting patient records from various area physician adhering to HIPPA guidelines. Recording patient arrivals onto database scheduling module. Accepting and recording payments, and bookkeeping tasks for items sold from the physical therapy office to the patients.
