I am the executive owner and director of Triangle Cognitive Therapy, and one of only a handful of therapists on Long Island who has achieved a diplomat from the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Since its opening, Triangle Cognitive Therapy has grown from a company of one to a group of highly experienced clinicians, who have done some amazing work with our clients. Our therapists not only have training in CBT, but also in DBT, Art Therapy, Marriage, and Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Meditation techniques. Our highly experienced therapists can teach and support you in overcoming your symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. We have developed a group therapy program, started offering online therapy (in response to the COVID-19 crisis), and continued to develop and build our relationships with the local community. Our plan for the future is to continue to strengthen our relationships with schools and other mental health providers in the community, expand our group therapy program, and develop a psychoeducational seminar series for those looking for more information about coping strategies and techniques for a variety of mental health difficulties.
