Quality Assurance Reporting Coordinator
CurrentManage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in the program development, research, analysis, and evaluation of data for the County of San Diego and State of California’s social programs. Collaborate with leadership on personnel actions and evaluations; monitor performance; analyze program data for accuracy; recommend and implement solutions; develop and conduct training for staff; conduct research analyses on federal, state, and county policies affecting CalWORK’s program reporting and implementation. • Work with staff to achieve excellent contract performance, meaningful outputs, and adherence to stringent federal, state, county, and company compliance objectives.• Ensure quality control procedures for operational processes are performed in a rigorous manner.• Validate and complete monthly reports that measure project objectives.• Complete compliance reviews as directed.• Analyze data and reports to determine error trends for various departments.• Identify training needs based on error trends.• Work with projects training department to ensure all training materials are accurate.• Maintain positive working relationships with all staff and customers.• Develop summary reports for management and analyze data using excel sheet on daily bases.Key achievements:• Improve the quality of work.• Improve the reports submitted to the county and save time.• Enhance training materials.
