Here at TJMAXX I oversee the development of our associate training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Maintaining/accountable for all financial operations within the store(payroll,cash control,markdown compliance, and KPI's).Maintaining a positive inclusive work environment by identifying issues and opportunities pertaining to the backroom, cash office, front line and office administration. Working in collaboration with loss prevention to make sure all of our programs are effectively communicated. Supporting our frontline so they can deliver the best customer experience every time. I have applied my skills and knowledge from my time at FIDM to execute floor sets, marketing campaigns, and team building exercises.I also have experience creating a visually appealing and engaging store environment. With 30 years of retail management experience, including four years as a Store Manager at Justice Tween retail and 5 years as a District Manager for Regis Corporation.I have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of increasing sales, customer loyalty, and employee retention. I am also a licensed cosmetologist in California, Arizona, and Nevada, adding to my versatility and creativity.
