Enterprise Stroke System Director
Current• Facilitates enterprise strategic planning and operational implementation.• Serves as a coach and mentor for enterprise stroke program positions to improve organizational capacity for improvement.• Develops key partnerships throughout the enterprise to drive stroke operational excellence.• Spearheads implementation of standardized stroke care and documentation across the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise System.• Develops, implements and evaluates system-wide policies, procedures and protocols.• Ensures all enterprise stroke centers obtain/sustain accreditation as Joint Commission Disease Specific Certification.• Designs, coordinates and facilitates patient and caregiver education programs and materials.• Manages and supports stroke program development throughout the enterprise.• Educates and consults on principles and methodology related to Joint Commission, Get With The Guidelines, and Coverdell.• Analyzes and communicates enterprise system data with appropriate department, division, institute and organizational leadership.• Conducts and delivers annual stroke program assessments to enterprise hospitals, providing constructive feedback and best practice recommendations in order to ensure program growth.• In collaboration with the Head, Cleveland Clinic Stroke Program, oversees and coordinates Quarterly Enterprise Stroke Meetings-managing/coordinating entity of stroke activity enterprise- wide.• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, salary administration, corrective action, and career development.
