I worked to ensure the physical, social, academic, and emotional well-being of high school students in a boarding school setting. I performed the full range of administrative duties for Jewish Life at Duke (within Student Affairs), as well as managed special projects.

I served as part of Senior Management Team at an overnight camp with 800 kids and 200 staff. I managed a division of 25 counselor staff and 140 children ages 8-10. I oversaw all programming and basic care of campers and staff, as well as planned and facilitated daily staff meetings.

My responsibilities included inputting and analyzing data for behavioral research studies, as well as recruiting and managing communication with participants.
