Throughout my twenty-year career in hospitality and service, my exceptional customer service skills have been what my previous employers have valued most about me. I enjoy customer service and sales. I listen to my customers, guests, or clients’ wants. In esthetics, an example would be understanding my client’s goals for their skin so that my focus can be on achieving the results they are looking for. I feel this gives me an opening for a partnership between client and professional. They are asking me to sell them what would be best for their wants. I feel I can apply this to many sales and customer service situations. For me, it’s about creating a professional connection where my client trusts my expertise. Secondly, I am an avid traveler and have a passion for anything cultural. I would love to help others achieve the same feeling of wonder and excitement that only travel can bring. I recently took a six-month hiatus to travel Europe. Now, I am ready to begin a new career within the travel industry where I can combine my talent for service with my love for travel.Finally, I thrive on a busy, flexible schedule. I embrace changes within the company as well as my role. Also, I understand and love being a part of a team. Working with co-workers has often been the highlight of my career. I find that it’s a fun way to achieve goals and benchmarks as well as the social aspect of having or being someone’s support.
