I assessed and addressed the training and development needs within the tourism industry. I designed and delivered specialized training programs, managed a learning management system, and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure skills development. I also oversaw community education initiatives, managed program marketing, and handled budgets. Additionally, I stayed current with industry trends and coordinated training programs aligned with the National Tourism Plan.

I provided direct services to clients, including intake, assessment, case management, referrals, and developing Individual Service Plans. I advocated on behalf of clients and their families with agencies and government entities, and managed the "Breakfast for Every Child" program, overseeing volunteer recruitment, data collection, and monthly support. I also directed social media and digital marketing strategies to promote client-focused activities. I facilitated the Safety Matters and One Love curriculums two international abuse prevention programs in schools. Additionally, I developed and managed a School Suspension Program, organized workshops and coaching for teens, and implemented quality improvement plans for various initiatives. As Head of the Social Committee, I organized team-building activities to boost morale and productivity.

I supported the Executive Director in managing operations, fundraising activities, and advocacy initiatives, including press releases and public appearances. I designed and led community education initiatives, workshops, and awareness events, and coordinated annual training programs for women based on local needs. I also created and delivered Sexual Harassment Sensitivity Training for staff and management at three hotels. Through grant writing and donor engagement, I expanded client services, and provided direct client support including intakes, assessments, and case management. Additionally, I led strategic branding efforts, managed recruitment for the Summer Student and Volunteer Programs, and successfully ran the WRC office under the supervision of the Board of Directors for 16 months.
