Comedy Records represents me as a wellness speaker and performer who performs across North America in person and virtually at conferences, festivals and for corporate professionals and students. As a speaker with a comedic approach to wellness, I provide keynotes, workshops, virtual/in-person events (via Webex, Zoom and Google Meet,) one-on-one coaching and corporate yoga and mindfulness classes. I also help orchestrate the planning and outreach (with clients, performers, sponsors and attendees) for live shows along with comedy festival appearances and charity basketball tournaments. I arrange hybrid and virtual speaking and comedy events for clients via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and WebEx and I facilitate the set up for presentations, break out rooms and question periods. In my role, I book speakers, music and comedy performers by conducting client outreach, generating quotes and post event follow up.

As the Manager of Analysis Services at Cision, I managed a team of 12 media analysts (in Ontario and Quebec) who specialized in analyzing traditional and social media coverage. Our team worked together to achieve and maintain accurate reports for PR clients and this was achieved through our team's close examination of items such as media trends, influencers and overall tone.I organized and facilitate cross-training in the department to maximize both individual and company potential. Scheduling, facilitating team meetings and troubleshooting day-to-day tasks for the team were also components of my role. Timeliness was a large factor in this industry and as a department, we made this a top priority for our clients.I really enjoyed working closely with clients to fit their needs through developing a finished product that varied from a monthly report to something entirely customized. Working with our Sales, Client Services and Operations teams also provided the insight needed to have a collaborative understanding of our overall goal as a company.

As an Account Manager at Cision, my role involved building relationships with clients while providing expertise for users of our media monitoring, media analysis and media database products. Within my role, my main area of focus was among the PR agency and retail sectors and I worked to maintain a strong rapport with our clients. I managed client media accounts who subscribe to monitoring software for broadcast, print, internet, and social media coverage. I also utilized CRM programs (i.e. Salesforce) regularly to keep up to date with client needs. Advising clients on media coverage evaluation and social media measurement was also part of my role. This position also involved in-person meetings at which time I would provide advice for clients on how to maximize our service.

At the iPR Group, I held the position of Account Coordinator at this consumer-tech focused PR agency. My role consisted of writing press releases, creating PR campaigns, media monitoring, creating media lists and working to maintain a positive relationship with key reporters. Additionally, I assisted with the completion of proposals for pitches, press releases and client meetings. Creating and assessing media tracking reports and conducting client research were also part of my role. I also conducted media mail-outs and coordinated special events for clients and media. Some of iPR's client base includes; Energizer Canada, Linksys, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Manpower Canada and Sonos.
