About Dena Justice

My training as a facilitator, educator, trainer, mentor and coach started at age 7 when my school put me in my first social-emotional training program. That started years of training in conflict management and mediation, leadership, communication, facilitation, and more – all before graduating high school.By 15, I was already facilitating personal development courses and planning events and experiences. My trajectory and training continued throughout my education, including two master’s degrees, and a fulfilling career.I loved my career, yet 17-years in, I hit a point where I felt empty.Near the top of my career ladder, I was a classic case of a high performer and leader hitting burnout. That led me to choose a powerful (and scary) pivot out of my J-O-B and into my own business.The new journey led me to become a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy, and also NLP Coaching.Now I train and certify others in all these modalities and I specialize in integrating all these modalities with non-ordinary states of consciousness (such as meditation, breathwork, and movement).I also combine all of my experience to help other women who are high performers hitting burnout and are scared to admit they’ve hit a plateau or a wall.
