Odvant is a strategic branding, graphic, and web design studio. We empower mission-driven small businesses and nonprofits with the tools they need to make a lasting impact on their customers. As a board member of Urban Learning Collaborative, I am an advocate for the organization and their mission. I work with the executive director and staff to accomplish large strategic goals. I help monitor and evaluate the organization’s performance and make decisions on financial and operational matters.

Along with three other women entrepreneurs, we created this unique membership community. Rev Collective curated collectives of like-minded women and non-binary individuals with similar career ambitions to address the opportunity gap that still exists for these professionals. We taught members how to be vulnerable, set goals, and hold each other.

Greater Milwaukee Area

Working with the exhibition designer and curators, our five-person team created graphics and overall identities for the rotating exhibition spaces. We created a new look and feel for each exhibition focusing on the art and the curators intention of the show. Our team also created both print and online marketing materials for the museum, museum store.

I created the original logo and identity for Milwaukee's first paint bar, Splash Studio. I worked to build the company into a larger brand which led the company to expand into a larger space and add merchandise showcasing the brand and it's elements.

Worked on the hospitality team in-house design team for the Kohler Co. There I worked on a variety of projects for the businesses owned by Kohler. Ranging from spas, golf courses, restaurants and shops. I learned a lot at a very fast pace and loved every minute of it.

Since graduating college I have been a volunteer and committee member for the state chapter of AIGA.

Oversaw advertising designer and three advertising executives. Job involved maintaining a good advertising revenue while creating and sustaining good client relationships through ad development.

Accountable for multiple ad orders weekly in both print and web. Proofing and editing process were done directly with the client.
