Culture & Employee Experience are so important to the employee life cycle. From the moment a candidate accepts an offer to their first day, 90th day and beyond, I strive to equip them with the resources they need to succeed, while fostering an environment where they are safe, welcomed and belong and overall being a Culture Cultivator.I’ve navigated the Tech Industry and Athletic Retail Industry in varying capacities and levels, from being a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to HR Business Partner - creating and cultivating meaningful connections with employees, business leaders and candidates along the way.
