Culture & Employee Experience are so important to the employee life cycle. From the moment a candidate accepts an offer to their first day, 90th day and beyond, I strive to equip them with the resources they need to succeed, while fostering an environment where they are safe, welcomed and belong and overall being a Culture Cultivator.I’ve navigated the Tech Industry and Athletic Retail Industry in varying capacities and levels, from being a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to HR Business Partner - creating and cultivating meaningful connections with employees, business leaders and candidates along the way. And currently, I am on the Recruiting & New Hire Experience Team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co where I lead our total Internship & Leadership Development Program (LDP) efforts, as well as guide our new associates during their onboarding experience from their first day through the first few months.Since I’ve always been a people person, you could say that I’m living out my dream of doing what I love—connecting with people and supporting them and their journey along the way. Outside of work, you can find me traveling, trying new restaurants (and coffee shops) and making connections wherever I go.
