- Full project management cycle.- Team management (up to 35 people), management, production, creative development of the project search.- PR and SMM support of the project (development, formation and promotion of a positive image of the artist, creation of newsworthy events, work with the media, preparation of materials: press releases, interviews, comments, briefs, writing texts for the social networks of the project).- Identification of the need and active sales - by the customer of the concerts (telephone meetings, correspondence, meetings, conferences) to attend the meeting.- Preparation of invited proposals for customers of events and sponsors.- Negotiating, concluding contracts, monitoring the financial activities of the project.- Organization and holding of events with the participation of the artist (corporate, club, concert performances and social events, festivals).- Work with advertising agencies (sponsorship, advertising campaigns).- Recording, production, placement of phonograms and video materials.- Planning and control of new releases.- Creation of phenomena, organization and conduct of filming processes (video clips, photo shoots, concert performances and shows, filming in TV projects).- Working with organizations for the collective management of rights.- Drawing up and maintaining a customer database, including collecting information on event customers: clubs, concert venues, music promoters, benefit organizers, event agencies, restaurants, hotels, companies.- Reporting, statistics to provide to the general producer of the project.- Maintaining a database of clients.
