• Managed a 3-member team responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing ICU medical equipment in Saint-Petersburg and regional cities (Murmansk, Pskov, Kaliningrad, Petrozavodsk)• Provided direct on-site service, maintenance, repair, and technical support. Diagnosed and repaired malfunctioning systems by using test equipment (such as flow analyzer)• Directly consulted customers and hospital managers to fulfill their operational needs. This included preparing technical specifications for tenders for equipment service and parts/consumables according to end user requirements (state hospitals and private clinics)• Maintained inventory of service parts to successfully fulfill contracts with 50+ hospitals• Documented technical problems that engineers had not previously encountered for reference and analysis• Implemented new organizational tools to provide the best possible customer service, such as internal equipment databases, service task tracking system etc.
