Graduated from Charles Sturt University.Qualified Yoga Teacher specialising in Trauma aware yoga and teaching yoga and mindfulness techniques to all First Responders. I facilitate Yoga and Wellness Retreats for First Responders. Qualified also in Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa yoga with over 700hrs Yoga Teacher Training. I have recently created the NeuroFit Wellness Workshop and program that teaches First Responders how to reset their nervous systems through breathwork and mindfulness techniques. I Volunteer and advocate for the Emerge & See charitable organisation that supports our Emergency Service officer within NSW and the ACT. This is a not for profit organisation supporting the health and well-being of our First Responders and Emergency Service workers.
