(sickness cover)Initially brought in for a 5 day contract to Analyse Spreadsheets used as functional applications. Given a 6 month contract on the result of the initial report. My key focus was to understand and fix the workings of key spreadsheets as 2 key staff that built and maintained them were off on long time sickness. My task was to review, process map, document and train staff on how the spreadsheets functioned and how they interact with their current systems. Upon these findings I also introduced exception reporting to preempt common key issues before it became a business critical issue that halted input on the system.

I was tasked to discover issues within the EDI process and automate reporting to foresee and eliminate these issues, I was also responsible for automating the management account reports via TSQL, SSIS & SSRS, I managed to reduce the delay time from a month+ to 4 secs for the core data used for all financial reports.

The main basis of this role is to hit the ground running and ensure the business is ready to upgrade systems MS CRM 2012, this included define and document current MS Dynamics CRM procedures, data cleanse, manage all the SSIS packages and reporting to ensure precise data delivery to all users, design, create and document any new reports the business requests.

I was project manager including being responsible for data conversion and reporting. I organised workshops, documentation, FRD, FFD, project plans & UATs. I was also involved in the delivery of the training and communication to the workforce.BI & Management reportingI was tasked with delivering a reporting management system at the beginning of 2013, delivering within 6 months. Our main goal was to replicate all accounting and project management reports within 6 months, I completed the task documenting all SSIS and reports for a technical review before sign off. Unfortunately the new ERP system took priority due to the short delivery date and the warehouse was put on hold until the new year.
