Connect with employers in-person and thru email and otherwise in helping to assist them in finding qualified employees using the CalJobs state system. Using Government programs, such as WIOA Grant funding and others to assist employers with employee, On-the-Job-Training, and wage reimbursements in order to assist employers with payroll/operating costs. Attend and help to organize "Rapid Response" events when employers lay-off 50+ employees. Assist in the planning and organizing of monthly Job Fairs at our center. Attend and assist in employer recruitment efforts at other job fairs/hiring events throughout the county.
