Maintain a solid working knowledge of financial institution regulations, including but not limited to, the Delaware Insurance Code, FCPA, U.K. Bribery Act, BSA/ AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, US/EU Data Privacy and Security, HIPAA and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Proficient in developing and implementing the seven elements of an effective risk based compliance and ethics program as defined by the U. S. Sentencing Guidelines, the new DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs and the OFAC Sanctions Compliance Program with a focus on code of conduct, anti-corruption/anti-bribery, third party management and OFAC sanctions. Knowledge of Investment Adviser compliance program requirements. Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations including implementation of new policies. Collaborate with all levels of key business functions to provide routine compliance policy interpretation and guidance on compliance requirements. Develop and manage the evaluation, preparation and maintenance of firm-wide corporate compliance-training program.
