Operations Manager
Current- Serve as a liaison between clients and the construction team
- Provide daily and/or weekly project status reports to the company owner
- Set and confirm customer design meetings, contract execution by all parties and collaborate with sales on proposal planning
- Communicate with clients from initial project pitch (including design and staging if required) until completion
- Manage construction schedules, ensuring payments are received and applied throughout the phases of the project
- Create proposals and approve change orders while ensuring that additional costs and payments are aligned with those changes
