Happell is a design company based in Glasgow, Scotland. We have been around for 12 years or so, working on all sorts of creative projects - lighting, furniture, interiors, exhibitions and 3 dimensional sculptural tiles.You may have seen us before; we’ve exhibited at 100% Design, ICFF, Milan Furniture Fair and Designers Block. Our work has also featured in some well-known magazines, newspapers, books and on TV.We’ve worked with a lot of interesting people along the way and supplied our products to boutique hotels, bars, restaurants, stores, casinos and offices. We have sent our work throughout the UK as well as Europe, USA, Canada and Jamaica.Founder and designer, Dene Happell, studied scuplture at Glasgow School of Art before setting up his design studio in 1998. As well as developing products and interiors, Dene is regularly involved in speaking about design. He has spoken extensively in art schools and universities and has lectured at the Smithsonian, New York.
