In the last 25+ years I have been working in the ICT -area, I have gained knowledge with regard to management, leadership, analysis, design, implementation, configuration and service support, working at small (2-3 fte) to large (5000+ fte) organizations. I built up broad experience both as an ICT manager, development team leader, infrastructure team leader and as an engineer and developer. In addition I have always been extremely interested in working in a flexible environment where I can make use of my broad experience in ICT, ideally from strategic to operational, always hands-on and applying a coaching leadership style.
