Senior Production Operator, Angola LNG Performed as the lead DCS operator in the control room for a safe start-up of Angola LNG facility. Responsible for leading the shift in absence of team lead.  Attended meetings on behalf of operations, team member in RCA’s, Hazops etc.  Responsible for training and development on shift for local operators. Participated in emergency response exercises. Developed formal procedures for a safe startup/shutdown/operating of different types of equipment. Worked in amine systems (AMDEA); responsibilities included both daily routine checks and troubleshooting techniques from both field and control room to properly maintain proper process parameters on the amine unit. Other tasks also included startup/shutdown of system for turnarounds. Worked on hot oil heaters; used hot oil as the heating medium for amine system and fractionation systems. Worked on air compressors and nitrogen packages for maintaining plant utilities. Operation of fire and gas protection systems. Worked on NGL recovery systems, stabilization and storage of NGL’S. Operation of different types of pumps, different applications for process requirements; example both warm and cryogenic types. Operations of different types of compressors and gas turbines which include frame 6 and frame 7 gas turbines.
