Pre-plan inbound process for upcoming frozen fish containers, take consideration of space availability & handling capacity. Coordinating with 3PLs in the event of high volumes coming in, ensure raw material properly stored as per standard required, constant monitoring & retrieval when needed.Minimize number of days of containers been hold in premises as to reduce detention charges. Forecast and plan accordingly to clear containers and ensure empty containers had been collected promptly. Ensure containers stuffing & un-stuffing done without damages, if any damages found notify cargo owners respectively with supporting evidence (Pictures)Ensure accuracy of all the inbound and outbound transactions physically and data entry into Warehouse Management System (WMS).Monitor all the equipment used in operations, ensure it is safe and efficient to use & regular maintenance had been done and well-documented for future references. Ensure the cleanliness of operation areas, (coldroom & dock) well-maintained at all time. Plan & supervise the efficiency & duration of all the work performed by operations team. Provide ample of information / utilities needed to perform day-to-day job. Observe and ensure proper handling of frozen fishes & equipment by the operations team as per SOP.Taking care of operation staffs in-work welfare (OT, MC, EL & AL). Ensure all the staff follows SOP all time and advise them regards their daily job-routine.Actively involved in stock count and Mock-recall on regularly basis. Experienced dealing with audit / auditors from government bodies (MOH). Familiar with HACCP policy, Halal policy and GMP.Regularly coordinate with DOSH (Department of Safety & Health), familiar with documentation needed such Manual, HIRARC & other relevant documentation.
