Current• Monitors and maintains Medicaid applicant entry process for the Home and Community Base Service (HCBS) waivers, the Optional State Supplementation (OSS) program, Optional Supplemental Care for Assisted Living Participates (OSCAP), or Incontinence Supply (IS) services. • Compiles, develops, and analyzes weekly and monthly service utilization reports for Long Term Care programs used by executive management. • Monitors activities in Phoenix case management system to assure providers receive authorization from staff, and nurses timely• Liaison between the medical and financial departments to ensure all information provided for an accurate eligibility determination.• Manages OSS caseload by maintaining applicants’ records, authorizations, and correspondents • Advocates on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate, timely and consistent services.• Attend all technical training with CLTC, and eligibility. • Assures that all applicant, recipient, and provider information is accurate and competed timely manner.
